Attorney Zurick T. Smith brings a unique background to his litigation practice. Twenty years ago, he held licenses as a Property & Casualty producer and a Health, Life & Accident producer in the insurance industry. He later served as a Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Officer, where he handled legal issues related to HIPAA compliance, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, professional licensure, and workplace-related injuries.

That experience is now central to our expanding personal injury practice. Having seen how insurance claims are evaluated and how medical records, federal healthcare liens, and workplace safety standards are scrutinized for compliance, Mr. Smith uses that inside knowledge to challenge delays, denials, and lowball offers.

Our firm currently handles estate planning, education law, and landlord-tenant matters, and is expanding to include personal injury litigation. Our first PI matter is currently in pretrial litigation and being prepared for trial. In complex matters, we associate with experienced trial counsel at no additional cost to the client to ensure every client receives trial-ready preparation and direct attorney access.
